We report a case of an asymptomatic 65-year-old male who on routine eye examination had anterior dislocation of an intraocular lens (IOL) implant placed 23 years prior. Ten months prior to presentation, the patient had cardiac surgery complicated by cardiac arrest requiring chest compressions.
