BACKGROUND This meta-analysis was performed by analyzing randomized controlled trials (RCTs) to assess the potential prognostic value of adjuvant chemotherapy (ACT) for patients with resected biliary tract cancers (BTCs). METHODS PubMed, EMBASE, and the Cochrane Library were searched for relevant articles published.
