Our bullet-resistant glass (abbreviated as BR glass) is supplied all over the world with the highest quality glass manufactured in our cutting-edge facility. Bullet-resistant glasses can provide protection against everything from handguns to the most lethal rifles used in combat zones for armored vehicles. All glasses are certified and tested in reputable laboratories around the world for various testing standards. These testing standards include NIJ, EN 1522 levels, CEN, UL, and STANAG 4569, and they are performed on a regular basis in order to know and maintain the ballistic properties of the BR glasses. At times, even the client witnesses the test at such a facility, where they test the vehicle with our bullet resistant glass by conducting shooting tests for quality assurance.

We follow stringent quality testing procedures from the beginning to the end of the manufacturing process to check for glass quality in terms of transparency, distortion, glass dimensions with measurements against given tolerances, and glass curvature where bending is applicable for bullet-resistant glass.

VARIETY OF HEAVY DUTY HINGES
Hinges are made in a variety of styles to accommodate client preferences. The first type is fully CNC machined hinges made of heavy-duty steel with alloying elements, and the second type is welded hinges made of Ballistic Steel. Both serve the same purpose of supporting the armored door weight, but depending on client preference, we fabricate and provide heavy-duty hinges in either kind. We keep hinges for civilian vehicles such as the Land Cruiser 200 series, Hilux, and Land Cruiser 79 series in stock at CEMAR International. We fabricate and supply heavy-duty hinges for any type of military vehicle or Armored Personnel Carrier upon request.

These hinges have an advantage over OEM hinges in that OEM hinges only take up OEM door weight, whereas our hinges take up-armored door weight. Second, all vehicle model hinges we provide are of the same design as OEM, making installation on your vehicle simple.
