We herein report four cases of diffuse bronchiolitis proven by a transbronchial lung cryobiopsy (TBLC). Based on various aspects, including the pathological findings, we definitively diagnosed two patients with diffuse panbronchiolitis (DP and the other two with primary ciliary dyskinesia (PCD).
