This study was designed to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effects of a curcumin treatment on the knee of rats with induced osteoarthritis. Fifteen adult rats were used and divided in three groups the osteoarthritis group (OAG), control group (CG-without induction of osteoarthritis), and curcumin-treated osteoarthritis group (COAG).
