Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women. The objective is to study the survival of patients operated on for breast cancer. Descriptive and analytical study of the survival of patients operated on for breast cancer between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2020 in Ouagadougou. Survival was assessed by the Kaplan-Meier method and comparisons by the log-rank test. Prognostic factors were determined using the Cox model. We collected 550 cases.
