To investigate the presence of tibial nerve dysfunction (TND) in operatively treated talar neck fractures. Retrospective chart review. Urban Level-1 trauma center. Sixty-four patients for a total of 65 talar neck fractures treated with open reduction and internal fixation between January 1, 2014, and May 1, 2018. Incidence of TND. Evidence of TND was documented in 20 of 65 cases (30.8%) of talar neck fractures.
