Sclerotinia stem rot (SSR) is a disease of soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr] that causes severe yield losses. We studied 185 representative soybean accessions to evaluate partial SSR resistance and sequenced these by the specific-locus amplified fragment sequencing method.
