β-Lactoglobulin is a major globular milk whey carrier with potential applications as an oral drug delivery system. Herein, the interactions between β-lactoglobulin and cisplatin are investigated by UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, circular dichroism, X-ray crystallography and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry.
