This study presents the gross and histopathological findings of adenoviral hemorrhagic disease (AHD) in two yearling and one adult mule deer (Odocoileus hemionus). These cases represent the first known outbreak of deer adenovirus (Odocoileus adenovirus 1) in Arizona.
