Objective The current study aims to explore the establishment of the patient-derived tumor xenograft (PDTX) model. Materials and Methods Twenty patients with gastric cancer, 10 males and 10 females, were enrolled in the current study. Firstly, the volume, invasion and metastasis of the xenografts were observed.
