The objective of this work is to study the delamination of bismuth ferrite prepared by atomic layer deposition on highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG) substrate. The samples' structures and compositions are provided by XPS, secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) and Raman spectroscopy.
