The pre-treated FPW had been diluted (volumetric proportion of 20%/50%) with synthetic wastewater/pure water. Within the last phase of procedure, Cl- and COD concentration of influent to EGSB-MBBR system had been around 7000 ± 100 mg/L and 3000 mg/L. EGSB-MBBR system realized 93.84% COD removal price, for which EGSB dominated COD removal (80%).
