We report a small case series of childhood-onset Takayasu arteritis (c-TA) presenting as pyoderma gangrenosum (PG)-like vasculitic ulceration. The cutaneous vasculitic ulcers in systemic vasculitis are rare and severe, sometimes leading to delayed diagnosis and treatment.
