A 66-year-old female with upper abdominal pain was diagnosed the pancreatic tail cancer infiltrating into the stomach and transverse colon by computed tomography(CT). Umbilical metastasis(so called Sister Mary Joseph's nodule)and peritoneal metastases in pouch of Douglas were detected by FDG-PET. The patient was diagnosed as unresectable pancreatic cancer with distant metastases. Thus, she received FOLFIRINOX therapy.
