Purpose To report the clinical outcomes after implantation of a small-aperture intraocular lens (IOL) and a partial aniridia ring in three patients with traumatic iris defects. Observations The corrected distance visual acuity (CDVA), irregular astigmatism, and glare improved in all patients.
