When I visited Alaska almost three decades ago, I was told in the tour guide that of all states within nation, Alaska had the highest incidents of rape. Creates sense assuming you have every visited Nome, in which there are more bars on every street corner in comparison with NYC. Yet, Sarah Palin as Governor of Alaska has not addressed this concern. Why should she? She doesn't believe in abortion in cases of rape or incest. A Governor is presupposed to act portion of the people she represents, regardless of her own beliefs. I believe so
