Based on our previous study on the development of the furoquinolinedione and isoxazoloquinolinedione TDP2 inhibitors, the further structure-activity relationship (SAR) was studied in this work. A series of furoquinolinedione and isoxazoloquinolinedione derivatives were synthesized and tested for enzyme inhibitions.
