RESULTS LncRNA SNHG8 was overexpressed in hypoxia-induced cardiomyocytes. SNHG8-plasmid increased lncRNA SNHG8 expression, CK-MB release, cTnI release, and mitochondria viability in hypoxia-induced H9c2 cells.
