Congenital nasal pyriform aperture stenosis (CNPAS) is a rare cause of neonate nasal obstruction. Because newborns are natural nasal breathers, urgent treatment may be needed. CNPAS is diagnosed by clinical symptoms and signs, and CT. In severe cases, surgical approach is needed.
