To assess how expansion sphincter pharyngoplasty (ESP) impacts blood pressure (BP) and health-related quality of life (HRQOL) in hypertensive patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Patients were separated into two groups based upon whether or not they adhered to antihypertensive drug regimens.
