We report three cases of prostate adenocarcinoma appearing as bladder masses and misdiagnosed as muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC). Patients were referred for consideration for radical cystectomy after initial pathological diagnosis suggested poorly differentiated bladder cancer.
