General role of cancer-associated fibroblast (CAF) and its infiltration characteristics in gastric cancer remains to be unknown. We estimate CAF infiltration in bulk tumor tissue with RNA-seq data and analyzed its relationship with gastric cancer subtype, survival and immune microenvironment.
