In our hospital, open living donor hepatectomy (OLDH) began in 1996 and laparoscopic living donor hepatectomy (LLDH) began in 2013. In this study, we focus on the change of anesthetic management from OLDH to LLDH. Under the approval of the Institutional Review Board of our hospital, medical records of the last 2 years (2011 and 2012 vs 2019 and 202 of each OLDH and LLDH era were collected.
