This study compared the transcriptional changes in Nicotiana benthamiana plants treated with homologous sequences derived from Pepper golden mosaic virus (PepGMV) and heterologous sequences that derived from another begomovirus, Tomato chino La Paz virus (ToChLPV) prior to infection by PepGMV.
