We found that pretreatment of NMDA receptor antagonist, amantadine 60 mg/kg, i.p. (AMAN) significantly reduced abnormal involuntary movements (AIMs), in parallel with the reduction of hγ oscillation, and more markedly with a decrease in unstable responses of SPNs.
