Recent studies have shown that anti-silencing function 1B (ASF1 might be used as an innovative new proliferation marker for disease diagnosis and prognosis. But, the expression and purpose of ASF1B in cervical cancer stay confusing. Here, we caused ASF1B knockdown and overexpression in cervical cancer cellular lines and detected the biological behavior alterations in vitro. Furthermore, we established two murine designs using stable ASF1B-shRNA HeLa cells
