Urethral intrinsic sphincter deficiency (ISD) is associated with severe urine leakage and a higher risk of sling failure. The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of single-incision slings (SISs) versus transobturator slings (TOSs) in such patients. Patients who had stress incontinence and ISD who underwent SIS or TOS procedures from 2010 to 2017 were retrospectively reviewed. The objective and subjective cure rates and surgical adverse events were compared between different slings. Objective cure was defined as no s
