Solitary diaphragmatic metastasis from early endometrial cancer is quite rare. We present a case of a 58-year-old woman who had been performed radical surgery for stageⅠA, G1 endometrial cancer 3 years before. The patient was referred to our hospital for chest abnormal shadow.
