This clinical report describes the design and fabrication of an implant-retained and soft-tissue-supported obturator prosthesis and a magnetic retained midfacial prosthesis for a patient with a midfacial defect following bilateral total maxillectomy, removal of the left zygoma, and excision of the entire upper lip.
