We present an uncommon cause of intracranial hemorrhage in a young adult. Tuberous sclerosis complex is a rare genetic disorder characterized by skin changes, benign systemic or central nervous system tumors [subependymal giant cell astrocytoma (SEGA)], mental retardation, or epilepsy.
