In patients lost at 1 year follow-up compared with those who attended, preoperative to 3-month Mental Component Score and VAS neck pain improvement was significantly greater. When comparing patients based on 2 years follow-up status, VAS back pain improvement at 1 year postoperatively was significantly greater in patients lost to 2 years follow-up.
