The comparative analysis of results showed a significant increase in the number of good quality of embryos obtained (p less then 0.05). After the treatment with DHEA, there was an improvement in the number of oocytes retrieved, Metaphase II (MII) oocyte (mature) oocytes obtained, fertilised and transferrable embryos and the pregnancy rate.
