To evaluate the mixed-reality (MR) hologram, a novel technology based on two-dimensional images, which simulates three-dimensional (3D) images and provides a dynamic and interactive alternative, for its usefulness in the diagnosis and surgical planning of double outlet of the right ventricle (DORV). Thirty-four patients who were suspected of DORV based on ultrasound findings underwent cardiac computed tomography angiography (CTA). The patients were assigned randomly to the MR holographic guidance (MRHG) group or the control group. For the
