Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a systemic hyperinflammation disease which can cause severe respiratory symptoms and extrapulmonary manifestations. Hypercoagulable state in COVID-19 adolescent patient is a rare case. We present the case of a 16-year-old Indonesian boy with mild COVID-19 symptoms.
