We report a case of 46-year-old male operated on for moderately differentiated lung adenocarcinoma. Postoperatively, he underwent six courses of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. He developed progressive severe inferior paraparesis accompanied by excruciating pain between the shoulders two years later.
