Quality of evidence will be assessed using the Quality Assessment Tool for Reviewing Studies with Diverse Designs, and results will be synthesised qualitatively. Providing adequate mental healthcare regardless of cultural backgrounds is a major global health challenge. The planned systematic review will lay the foundation for the further development of the cultural adaptation of IMI for mental disorders by summarising the current state and providing recommendations for future research.
