Sex steroids could explain the course of multiple sclerosis (MS) in pregnancy. To compare the annualized relapse rate (ARR) 12 weeks post-partum in women treated with nomegestrol acetate (NOMAc) and 17-beta-estradiol (E2) versus placebo.
