A retrospective chart review ended up being carried out of clients admitted to an academic health center in 2020 who have been on antimicrobials into the 48 hours ahead of CMO. We investigated the percentage of clients who remained on antimicrobials following the transition to CMO and rationale for continuing antimicrobials.
