We present an interesting case of a 34 year old gentleman with bilateral FDG avid lesions in the apex of the lung. He presented with a two month history of cough, fever and hemoptysis. A contrast enhanced CT scan showed a spiculated lesion in the right upper lobe. A CT guided biopsy was done which was suggestive of an inflammatory lesion.
