Being a rare disease, cryptogenic multifocal ulcerous stenosing enteritis (CMUSE) is easily misdiagnosed as small bowel Crohn's disease (SBCD). This study was aimed to compare clinical features of CMUSE to SBCD. Fourteen patients with CMUSE and 61 patients with SBCD were retrospectively analyzed.
