Our case report highlights the application of ECT in a 91 year old lady with late beginning Bipolar Mania. CASE REPORT A 91 year old woman given an acute manic relapse for the past 14 days. She was once on oral Sodium Valproate, and in this existing entry had been augmented with oral Quetiapine IR 100 mg bd.
