Mandibular distraction osteogenesis (MDO) aims to relieve tongue-based airway obstruction in Robin Sequence (RS). We investigated direct laryngoscopy grade (DLG) improvement and difficult airway (DA) resolution following MDO. Retrospective cohort analysis. Three tertiary care institutions.
