The development of hollow nanoparticles has attracted widespread interest due to their potential commercial applications. This work aimed to prepare a novel hollow starch nanoparticles (HSNPs) from debranched waxy corn starch (DBS) via an oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion templating method.
