Radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) procedure is performed for many tachyarrhythmias. We performed successful RFCA in a 5-year-old child for supraventricular tachyarrhythmia and Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome. Acute circumflex artery (CxA) occlusion occurred due to RFCA.
