Landlord Gas Safety Certificate in Buckingham As a landlord, you have legal duties to ensure that gas home appliances and pipe work are safe. This need to be done yearly by a qualified Gas Safe engineer and a gas safety certificate (CP12) will be released. The CP12 will include the details of your engineer, date of the inspection and list of gas appliances/flues examined. It needs to be offered to your tenants within 28 days of the evaluation.
