The case was a 75-year-old female with dyspeptic symptoms of a 2 month duration. There was a polycystic lesion at the level of the uncinate pancreatic process of 44 x 42 x 34 mm on abdominal ultrasound and MRI, which caused a slight dilation of the main pancreatic duct.
