Any home or shop can be moved in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. It's also possible to relocate Blathers' museum once you've upgraded from the initial tent to the brick and mortar Resident Services building. Resident Services is the only building in Animal Crossing: New Horizons for Nintendo Switch that cannot be moved.
