When you are feeling sad you can enjoy music on Bluetooth speakers.

Height? Fine. Flying? No issue. Snakes? Alright. Public speaking! Gosh! If thinking about public speaking makes your palms sweat and your heart beat faster, you need to start working on this skill. After all, people who come to hear you are also human like you.

Here are some of my effective tips to help you deal with the fear of public speaking. 1) Nervousness is normal. It’s very normal to feel nervous before a public speech. Simply practice and prepare yourself. You can try listening to a good public speaker on your best Blutooth speakers under 2000 or watch a video to see their body language. 2) Know your audience. Another thing to try doing is to know your audience. This will help you feel calm and determined to choose the right words and gather the correct information for the speech. Moreover, you need to understand that your speech is not about them. 3) Organize your speech material. You need to create a proper framework for your speech by writing down a topic, specific purpose, and main points to address in your speech.

4) Watch for feedback and adapt. You need to focus on your audience to see their reactions and try to adjust as per your message while staying flexible. 5) Be yourself. Finally, just let your personality shine through the speech. Don’t become a talking head, but say things as if you mean them.
