Vidalista 5 mg is a prescription medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED). It belongs to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors. Vidalista 5 mg works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, allowing more blood to flow into the penis during sexual stimulation. This increases the chance of achieving an erection.
Vidalista 5 mg is taken orally with or without food as needed, about 1 hour before sexual activity. The recommended starting dose is 10 mg, but some men may benefit from a lower dose. Follow your doctor's instructions.
You should not take Vidalista 5 mg more than once a day. If you have certain medical conditions or are taking certain other medications, your doctor may recommend a different dose.
If you experience any of the following serious side effects, stop taking Vidalista 5 mg and seek emergency medical attention:
- Chest pain
- Shortness of breath
- Irregular heartbeat
- Swelling of the ankles or legs
- Sudden vision loss
These are not all the possible side effects of Vidalista 2.5 mg. For more information, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
